胡开顺,副研究员,硕士生导师。从事蛋白翻译后修饰在维持基因组稳定性的分子机制及其在肿瘤分子靶向治疗中的功能研究。到目前为止以第一或者通讯作者的身份发表SCI收录论文15篇,包括Journal of Clinical Investigation,Advanced Science,EMBO Reports,Oncogene,Theranostics,Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy等高水平专业杂志。本人研究受到了5项省部级以上相关基金资助,包括2项国家自然科学基金。目前主要兴趣点在利用串联亲和纯化技术及高分辨质谱检测技术去系统鉴定参与DNA损伤应答、DNA复制及有丝分裂等生命活动中新的调控蛋白与重要蛋白新的修饰类型,同时进一步深入阐明这些蛋白及其修饰类型在维持肿瘤基因组稳定性的功能、机制及临床意义。
