分子医学博士生导师赵慧英介绍

个人简介:

博士毕业于美国印第安纳大学信息学院,生物信息学专业。从2013年到2017年先后在澳大利亚昆士兰医学研究中心和澳大利亚昆士兰科技大学担任研究员。2015年入选澳大利亚医学研究中心peter doherty fellow,2017 年,中山大学“百人计划”引进,现为中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院基础医学PI研究员,博士生导师,中国计算机学会生物信息学委员会专业委员。

科研工作:

研究方向介绍:

实验室依托中山大学附属医院丰富的医学资源,与临床紧密结合,并与国家“天河二号”广州超算中心开展长期、深入、具体的合作, 将人工智能与医学大数据分析结合,深入研究疾病机理,实现精准诊断治疗。具体研究方向包括:

1)应用人工智能建立疾病诊断及预后预测模型;

2)融合多种组学数据,开发预测疾病机理及疾病细分方法;

3)结合基因及表型大数据预测个人患病风险;

4)RNA功能预测研究。

主持项目:

2015年入选澳大利亚国家医学研究中心人才计划项目;

2015年获得美国偏头痛协会基金项目资助;


2019年获得国家自然科学基金青年面上项目

参与项目:

2019年国家重点研发项目,“精准医学大数据的有效挖掘与关键信息技术研发”;

2019年广东省重大科技专项,”精准医学大数据挖掘与整合分析平台建设”

2019年广东省新一代人工智能重大科技专项, “膀胱癌淋巴转移精准诊疗体系的建立及应用”
