分子医学博士生导师廖建友介绍

个人简介:

  博士,副研究员,博士生导师。现任生物信息中心主任,医研中心党支部书记。入选人才计划:广东省“特支计划”科技创新青年拔尖人才、广州市“珠江科技新星”人才培养计划、孙逸仙纪念医院“逸仙优秀青年医学人才”培养计划。从事RNA生物学、肿瘤学、大数据分析等多学科交叉研究,拥有一个干湿结合的混合研究团队。到目前为止以第一或者通讯作者的身份发表SCI收录论文11篇,包括Cell(IF:36.216),PNAS(IF:9.674),Genome Biology(IF:14.028,封面文章),Nucleic Acids Research(IF:11.147)等高水平专业杂志,以共同作者身份在国际顶级杂志Nature Biotechnology(IF:41.514)等发表11篇研究论文。本人研究受到了7项省部级以上RNA相关基金资助,包括3项国家自然科学基金。目前主要兴趣点在利用RNA生物学结合大数据分析技术去系统阐述ncRNA-RBP互作调控网络促进乳腺癌和肝癌发生发展的功能和机制。
