个人简介

        罗曼莉,中山大学“百人计划二期”引进人才,现为中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院副研究员,医研中心副主任,分子医学专业博士生导师。

        博士毕业于北京协和医科大学中国医学科学院,2015年回国前在哈佛医学院附属Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center从事博士后研究。以第一作者在Cell Reports和Cancer Research等发表论文3篇,以共同作者在Nature、Nature Medicine、Molecular cell等发表研究论文十余篇。曾作为共同完成人获得教育部自然科学奖二等奖,中华医学科技奖三等奖以及北京市科学技术奖三等奖。目前主要从事乳腺癌相关长非编码RNA的研究和筛选鉴定乳腺癌干细胞抑制剂的工作。

        研究成果:

1.   发现CTTN基因通过发生扩增和过表达,提高食管癌细胞的运动和抗失巢凋亡能力,促进食管癌的侵袭转移。

2.   发现肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶Pin1受到miR-200c调节,促进正常乳腺干细胞和乳腺癌干细胞自我更新。

3.    发现小GTP酶Rab2A是Pin1在乳腺癌干细胞中重要的靶基因,在多种肿瘤中高频扩增,且存在突变,突变体具有更高的致瘤性。
